Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Design and deliver training programs for insurance agents, focusing on process training, product knowledge, and soft skills. Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online modules. Conduct regular training sessions to ensure effective transfer of knowledge and skills to trainees. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive learning experiences. Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback to improve overall performance. Desired Candidate Profile 2-7 years of experience in insurance industry or related field (process training). Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
