Firm believer of fostering relationships at all levels to achieve business objectives.? Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, success and report on them.? Provide opportunities for ongoing development.? Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices? Good in MS office tools namely Power point, Excel, Word, Content and Script Development? Identify and assess future and current training needs of the Employees, End-to-end process, skill & knowledge.? Draw an overall training and development plan that addresses the needs and expectations of the Sales force.? Conduct effective induction, orientation and training sessions. New Hire Training, Certification and OJT.? Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, success and report on them.? Provide opportunities for ongoing development.? Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices.
