Role Overview: As a Process Specialist, your main responsibility will be to support clients in their job search journey. This will involve identifying suitable job opportunities, creating professional applications, and implementing effective job strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Researching and identifying daily job opportunities relevant to clients. - Creating and formatting ATS-friendly resumes tailored to specific roles. - Drafting customized cover letters for different applications. - Uploading client profiles and applications on the Nokujob platform. - Assisting clients with job strategy and career guidance. Qualifications Required: - Graduate or Undergraduate with strong communication skills. - Excellent writing, research, and organizational skills. - Familiarity with ATS requirements (training can be provided). - Must have a personal laptop and stable internet connection. - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. - Proficiency in Malayalam and English languages.
