Process mining Consultant

As a Process Mining & Analysis Specialist, you will be responsible for leveraging tools like Celonis to assess, analyze, and enhance business processes. Your expertise in task mining techniques will be crucial in identifying user interactions and potential automation opportunities. By working with large datasets and integrating data from various enterprise systems, you will extract valuable insights to drive process optimization. You will play a key role in identifying process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and automation possibilities through data-driven analysis. Collaborating with RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism, you will design and implement effective automation solutions. Utilizing tools like Power BI, you will develop insightful dashboards and reports to communicate process performance and facilitate continuous improvements. Stakeholder engagement will be a core aspect of your role, involving close collaboration with business users, process owners, and IT teams to translate findings into actionable enhancements. Ensuring accurate process discovery and focusing on case ID configuration and event completeness will be essential for process efficiency. Staying abreast of process mining trends, AI-driven process discovery, and automation strategies will be crucial for continuous improvement. Additionally, conducting workshops and training sessions to enhance process mining adoption and process improvement methodologies within internal teams will be part of your responsibilities. Preferred qualifications for this role include a minimum of 5 years of overall experience, with at least 2 years in process improvement, diagnostics, or process mining. Hands-on experience with process mining platforms like Celonis or SAP Signavio, familiarity with task mining tools, proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, and experience working with ERP and CRM systems are desirable. Excellent communication, stakeholder management skills, and knowledge of RPA technologies such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism are advantageous.,
