Process Manager

As a Process Management Lead, your main responsibility will be to monitor, analyze, and implement the process control plan for the plant. You will be required to interact with internal stakeholders to understand manufacturing issues and lead in engineering the manufacturing process to meet or exceed external customer expectations. Your role will also involve enabling continuous improvement in standard deviation of all key process parameters in line with the Group Benchmarking report. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Cement, or Production Engineering from a premier institute. Additionally, you should have at least 13 years of experience in a continuous manufacturing facility, with a strong background in Process Management. Candidates with experience in Plaster board, Cement, or Cement Boards industries will be preferred. Your technical leadership on process demonstration will be crucial in achieving consistent product quality with minimal process downtime and quality complaints. Your skills and competencies should include a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, production strategy, organization of operational resources, teamwork, coaching, people management, and training. Overall, this role requires a seasoned professional with managerial experience who can drive operational excellence, ensure product quality, and facilitate continuous improvement within the manufacturing process.,
