Process Manager

As a Manager at Broadridge, your role will involve managing the delivery of contracted services to clients to ensure that SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded. You will be responsible for maintaining tight control over project schedule, risks, scope of work, and budget. Your duties will include ensuring operational teams and subcontractors understand client requirements, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and providing day-to-day client advice and support. Additionally, you will promote the organization's capabilities to clients, identify sales opportunities, and achieve contract extensions or additional business within the account(s). Your work may involve both short- and long-term commitment of services with varying strategic importance. It will be crucial for you to establish consistent processes for reviewing and assessing service metrics and reporting.
