As a member of the Broadridge team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of contracted services to clients, ensuring that all service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded. You will maintain strict control over project schedules, risks, scope of work, and budgets, while ensuring that operational teams and subcontractors understand client requirements clearly. Building and nurturing strong client relationships will be a key part of your role, providing day-to-day advice and support to clients. Additionally, you will promote the organization's capabilities to clients, identify sales opportunities for account managers, and strive to achieve contract extensions or additional business within assigned accounts. Your responsibilities may involve both short- and long-term service commitments with varying levels of value and strategic importance. Establishing consistent processes for reviewing and assessing service metrics and reporting will also be a crucial aspect of your role. In this position, your primary focus will be on managing others and applying operational or strategic management skills. You will supervise the daily activities of a business or technical support or production team, setting priorities for the team to ensure task completion and coordinating work activities with other supervisors. Your decisions will be guided by policies, procedures, and the business plan, with oversight and guidance provided by your manager. It is important to note that you will typically not be performing the work supervised but rather achieving goals through the work of others. To excel in this role, you will need to have 8-10 years of experience in Compliance and Capital Markets, preferably in iXBRL filings. Your functional knowledge should include a solid understanding and application of procedures and concepts within your discipline, along with basic knowledge of other disciplines. You should also have a good grasp of how your team relates to other closely related areas to enhance efficiency. As a leader, you will have formal supervisory responsibilities, setting priorities for your team and coaching employees to meet daily deadlines. Problem-solving skills will be essential as you use judgment to identify and resolve day-to-day technical and operational challenges. Your impact will be reflected in the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of your team and its contribution to the sub-function. Interpersonal skills will play a significant role in this position, as you will need to use tact and diplomacy to exchange information and handle sensitive issues effectively.
