Process Leader - US Mortgage Credit Due Diligence-TKC

As a Process Lead in US Mortgage Credit and Due Diligence at FinacPlus, you will be an essential part of a team dedicated to providing Mortgage Underwriting and Due Diligence Services to our USA client in the Mortgage Finance industry. Our client is a renowned leader in mortgage credit for residential and commercial spaces, real estate lending, capital markets, and securitization. Your role will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of in-house US Mortgage Credit and Due Diligence services to ensure the quality of loans acquired. Key responsibilities include leading the team, assigning tasks, providing training, managing performance, and implementing process improvements. Effective communication through email and phone to obtain necessary documentation will be crucial. Your expertise in interpreting various credit guidelines, experience in residential loan underwriting, and understanding of client guidelines will be instrumental in assisting originators with loan eligibility. To qualify for this role, you should have 9 to 10 years of experience in US Mortgage Underwriting and Due Diligence processes. In-depth knowledge of reviewing various mortgage documents, credit analysis based on the 4Cs of Underwriting (Income, Asset & Liability), collateral documents, and a bachelor's degree in finance, MBA, CFA, or another relevant post-graduate degree will be advantageous. Proficiency in Advanced Excel Skills is also required. This position is based in Kondapur, Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad, with working hours from IST 7:30 pm to 4:30 am.
