Process Lead, Finance/Accounting

Role Overview: You will support the team as a player/coach in completing a variety of tasks within specified parameters of the client/admin/support team. Additionally, you will assist the Manager in addressing client/advisor questions, lead monthly audits of invoices, handle escalated issues, and perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Manager in addressing client/advisor questions and requests related to billing, fee schedules, and plan-related issues - Lead monthly audits of all asset and non-asset-based invoices for accuracy and completeness - Support the team with handling escalated issues and complex problems - Develop and execute procedures to scale the team's work as it grows - Identify issues related to processes and work on implementing improvements - Prepare monthly business reports on processes performance against metrics Qualifications Required: - Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance/Commerce or MBA Finance with an accounting background - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a finance-related field - Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities - Basic MS Office knowledge and proficiency in Excel - Ability to adapt quickly to assignments - Flexibility in work culture, including willingness to work in Day/Night shifts based on business requirements Additional Details: Candidates for this role should demonstrate an understanding of the financial services industry, focusing on protecting and securing confidential data to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.
