Job Description

As a member of the team, you will play a crucial role in completing various tasks within the specified parameters set by the client/admin/support team. Your responsibilities will include assisting the team manager in addressing client/advisor inquiries related to billing for Fee Based plans, fee schedules, eligible/participant report counts, and other plan-related matters. Additionally, you will lead monthly audits of all asset and non-asset-based invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and prepare reports for review with the team/manager. You will be expected to support the team in handling complex issues and managing escalated situations effectively. Moreover, you will collaborate with the team leader to develop and execute procedures that can scale the team's work as it grows. Your role will also involve identifying process-related issues and implementing improvements when necessary. Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparing a monthly business report on process performance against metrics. Ideal candidates for this position will possess a strong understanding of the financial services industry, with a focus on protecting and securing confidential data held by Ascensus. This includes ensuring that all information is handled properly to prevent unauthorized access, improper transmission, or unapproved disclosure that could potentially harm Ascensus or its clients. Qualifications for this role include a Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Finance/Commerce with an Accounting background, an MBA in Finance, and a minimum of 4 years of experience in a finance-related field. In terms of skills, you should have excellent communication abilities, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, basic knowledge of MS Office, and proficiency in Excel. You must also demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly to assignments and be flexible in terms of work culture, including readiness to work in Day/Night shifts based on business requirements. The desired behavioral attributes for this role include the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, excellent organizational and time management skills, and the capability to thrive in a deadline-oriented environment.,
