As a Process Incharge at our P2FTP site, you will play a crucial role in leading process operations. Your qualifications should include a B.Tech/BE in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering along with a minimum of 6 years of experience in process/plant operations. It is essential to possess strong leadership, analytical, and coordination skills to excel in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Supervise and manage day-to-day process operations at the P2FTP unit. - Monitor and control process parameters to ensure optimal performance. - Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety norms, and quality standards. - Analyze process issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement corrective measures. - Plan and coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth production flow. - Ensure minimal downtime by coordinating with O&M and maintenance teams. - Drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. - Maintain detailed records of production data, process deviations, and corrective actions. **Qualifications Required:** - B.Tech/BE in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. - Minimum of 6 years experience in process/plant operations.
