As a Process Improvement Associate I within JPMorganChase, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and reducing risk by developing and implementing continuous process improvement initiatives. You will leverage your broad knowledge of process improvement principles and practices to map, simplify, and document processes, while reducing manual touch points and utilizing digital process tools. Your work will have a significant impact within your department, requiring you to exercise initiative and judgement to resolve short-term problems and propose improvements to current working methods.
