Process Expert - Payment Processing

Job Description As a member of NEC Software Solutions (India) Private Limited, you will be responsible for handling various tasks related to the P2P process, specifically focusing on the GRIR process. Your role will involve responding to queries promptly and accurately, supporting vendor reconciliation activities, assisting in month-end closing procedures, and demonstrating good knowledge of India taxation as it relates to invoice processing. You will also be tasked with creating data trackers to support monitoring activities and ensuring a 100% accuracy rate in day-to-day operations to meet Service Level Agreements. Key Responsibilities: - Have a good understanding of the end-to-end P2P process, particularly the GRIR process - Respond to queries in a timely and accurate manner - Support vendor reconciliation activities when required - Assist in month-end closing procedures - Demonstrate good knowledge of India taxation from an invoice processing perspective - Create data trackers to support monitoring activities - Ensure a 100% accuracy rate in day-to-day operations to meet Service Level Agreements Qualifications Required: - Good Excel skills - Experience in shared services or customer-facing environment - End-to-end PTP process knowledge - Understanding of standard operating procedures - Basic knowledge of systems, applications, operating tools, and metrics - Fluent in both spoken and written English - Graduate or Post Graduate Bachelor in commerce Please note that excellent communication skills are required for this role.,
