Process Executive - Voice Process

Roles and Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls and emails from tenants, vendors, and property owners.

Maintain up-to-date records of leases, maintenance requests, and tenant information.

Schedule and follow up on property inspections, repairs, and vendor appointments.

Prepare and distribute lease agreements, notices, and other documents.

Assist in collecting rent payments and sending reminders for delinquencies.

Support property managers with onboarding new tenants and move-out processes.

Accounts Payable (AP)

Review and verify invoices from contractors and service providers

Enter bills into accounting or property management software

Reconcile vendor statements and prepare payment batches

Assist in issuing checks or initiating ACH payments

Track recurring expenses (utilities, landscaping, etc.)

Accounts Receivable (AR)

Process tenant rent payments (check, ACH, online portals)

Post payments accurately in property management/accounting software

Send rent reminders and notices for late payments

Work with property managers on delinquency follow-ups

Prepare and send monthly owner statements if applicable

Candidate Profile:

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong written and verbal communication.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Experience with property management software (preferred but not required).

Experience in customer service or administrative support

Experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable

Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
