Job Title:Process Executive – Study Abroad

Job Summary:

The Process Executive – Study Abroad is responsible for handling end-to-end admission and application processes for students aspiring to study overseas. The role involves coordinating with universities, ensuring documentation accuracy, maintaining student records, and providing support throughout the admission and visa process.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle student applications for universities in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Ireland, and New Zealand.

* Verify and organize required documents such as transcripts, SOPs, LORs, and financial proofs.

* Manage university applications through online portals and liaise with admission offices for updates.

* Track application status and communicate progress to students and counselors.

* Coordinate with counseling and visa teams to ensure a smooth transition from application to visa stage.

* Maintain data accuracy in CRM and ensure timely updates.

* Assist in preparing offer acceptance and pre-departure documentation.

* Support counselors in university shortlisting and other backend processes.

* Handle email communication with universities and students professionally.

* Ensure compliance with institutional and visa guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

* 1–3 years of experience in education, admission processing, or study abroad operations.

* Strong communication and email writing skills.

* Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple applications simultaneously.

* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

* Knowledge of international education systems and admission timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
