Responsibilities

  • Analyze and process insurance claims data using MS Excel to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies in claims data.

  • Provide timely updates on claims status to relevant stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Assist in the development of process improvements to enhance the claims handling workflow.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong proficiency in MS Excel including data analysis and reporting capabilities.
