Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a PE-Ins Claims specialist where you will leverage your expertise in MS Excel to support our insurance claims processes. With a focus on accuracy and efficiency you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to work in a night shift environment enhancing your skills in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

Analyze and process insurance claims data using MS Excel to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Collaborate with team members to streamline claims processing and improve overall efficiency.
Maintain detailed records of claims activities and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies in claims data.
Utilize indexing skills to categorize and organize claims information for easy retrieval and analysis.
Provide timely updates on claims status to relevant stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.
Assist in the development of process improvements to enhance the claims handling workflow.
Monitor claims trends and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.
Ensure all claims are processed within the stipulated timeframes to meet service level agreements.
Support the team in identifying and mitigating potential risks in the claims process.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices and company policies.
Contribute to a positive work environment by collaborating with colleagues and sharing knowledge.
Uphold the companys values and commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.

Qualifications

Possess strong proficiency in MS Excel including data analysis and reporting capabilities.
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Exhibit attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling claims data.
Show willingness to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced office environment.
Have a basic understanding of indexing and its application in organizing data.
