We are Hiring Process Coordinator for Sihani Chungi -Ghaziabad Location,

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Process Coordinator to support and streamline our daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, hands-on experience in process management, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Candidates with experience in quality, production support, or process improvement in the manufacturing industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operational processes within the manufacturing workflow.
• Monitor, analyze, and review existing processes to identify improvement areas.
• Coordinate with production, quality, purchase, and management teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop, update, and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Track data, prepare MIS reports, and maintain process-related documentation.
• Conduct process audits, product audits, and system audits to ensure compliance with standards.
• Provide training, support, and guidance to team members regarding updated processes.
• Ensure material availability and coordinate with the team to avoid delays or bottlenecks.
• Support quality improvement activities by identifying issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering setup.
• Prior experience in quality, process coordination, production support, or similar roles.
• Good understanding of 5S, Kaizen, and basic lean manufacturing principles.
• Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of Control Plans, Work Instructions, Process Documents, and Reporting.
