Job Description

Your Role

As a Process Engineer with expertise in Core Process and Utility/Support P&IDs, you will play a critical role in designing, optimizing, and maintaining process systems across our manufacturing plant. You will be responsible for developing and reviewing technical drawings, integrating production and utility systems, and ensuring operational efficiency through process optimization.

In this role, you will:

Create, maintain, and modify technical drawings including PFDs, P&IDs, Isometric, Electrical loop, and interconnection diagrams using COMOS software.
Read and interpret redlined drawings and update master documents accordingly.
Ensure adherence to company standards and best practices in all technical documentation.
Utilize process unit kinetic models to perform offline optimization studies.
Recommend optimal operational parameters such as temperature and catalyst addition to maximize margin capture.
Support integration and operation of systems including production vessels, filtration, chromatography, formulation, and utility systems.

Your Profile

815 years of experience in process engineering within manufacturing or industrial operations.
Strong expertise in P&ID development and review, with hands-on experience using COMOS or similar software.
Solid understanding of process systems including production and utility equipment.
Experience in process optimization and kinetic modeling.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
