You're responsible to work across a variety of categories so will need to demonstrate a broad range of category knowledge and be able to work dynamically and flexibly with a range of SMEs.
Responsibilities.Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the client%27s spot buy negotiation process and policies, ensuring compliance at all times..Conduct compliance checks to ensure that all spot buy negotiations adhere to the client%27s policies and guidelines..Showcase a strong work ethic by consistently delivering high-quality results in spot buy negotiations, demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy..Work independently to handle spot buy negotiations, while also collaborating effectively within a larger team to ensure seamless execution of procurement activities..Continuously update knowledge and skills in spot buy negotiations, staying informed about industry best practices and identifying opportunities for process improvement.QualificationsMinimum qualifications.Any graduate degree.Good communication and analytical skills.Preferred qualifications.Previous experience in Procurement & Sourcing..Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills..Problem solving skills with customer centric approach, showed strength with written English and with English accent..Good in verbal and written communication. Email communication is required..Ability to execute task basic rules.
