Job Description

As a Process Developer in Contract Management at Genpact, you will be responsible for: - Loading and maintaining Supplier Agreements/ Rebates in the ERP system - Performing research in ERP for necessary information - Handling Add/Change/Delete (ACD) Load Distribution Agreements - Managing ACD Tier Alignment and Load Products - Calculating Rebates manually using MS Excel formulas - Conducting Variance trend analysis and coordinating with the business for comments alignment - Addressing exception reports daily and utilizing reporting tools to identify potential quality issues - Proactively engaging with suppliers to ensure compliance with agreements, focusing on timeliness and completeness of information - Escalating compliance issues as necessary - Ensuring service level expectations are met or exceeded - Utilizing systems and software for research assignments Qualifications we seek in you: Minimum Qualifications: - Any Graduate, commerce background preferred - Proficiency in working with multiple ERPs, master data, and workflow solutions - Strong verbal and written English language skills Preferred Qualifications/ Skills: - Relevant years of experience in Financial Services, OTC, Accounting, Financial, or Wholesale Drug industry - Ability to apply critical thinking, data analysis, research, and contract compliance knowledge for exceptional customer service and operational excellence - Knowledge of SAP would be an added advantage If you are looking for a challenging role in contract management with opportunities for growth and development, this position at Genpact might be the right fit for you.,
