Process Coordinator

Job Purpose:
To ensure smooth execution of day-to-day business processes by coordinating between departments, monitoring workflow, and maintaining efficiency in operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily activities between sales, production, dispatch, accounts and management.
• Monitor order flow from booking to dispatch and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain records of orders, production status and dispatch schedules.
• Identify process delays or bottlenecks and follow up for quick resolution.
• Ensure proper communication between departments and with management.
• Assist in implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Generate daily / weekly reports on order status, production and pending tasks.
• Track pending payments, pending orders and follow up with concerned teams.
• Support management in planning and process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain documentation.

Qualifications / Skills:

• Graduate in any stream (Business / Commerce preferred).
• Fresher – 1 year of experience in operations or coordination role.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and reporting tools.
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
• Problem-solving and process improvement mindset.
• Team coordination and organizational skills.

Performance Indicators:

• Timely delivery of orders without process gaps.
• Accuracy of records and reports.
• Smooth communication between departments.
• Reduction in delays and operational issues.
• Improvement in workflow efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
