ob Title: Process Coordinator – Finance Consulting (IT Clients) . Experience Required: 2–5 years (preferably in finance, consulting, or IT client servicing)

Job Role & Responsibilities:

The Process Coordinator will act as the bridge between finance consultants and IT clients, ensuring seamless project execution, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Coordinate end-to-end financial consulting processes for IT clients.

Manage client onboarding – collecting financial data, contracts, and compliance documentation.

Work closely with IT client stakeholders (Finance, HR, Accounts teams) to gather necessary inputs.

Support consultants in preparing MIS reports, financial analysis, tax/GST documentation, and compliance tracking.

Maintain trackers for billing cycles, project milestones, and financial reporting deadlines.

Ensure alignment with IT client policies, SLAs, and audit requirements.

Handle client escalations and provide timely updates to management and consultants.

Assist in automation and digital tools used for financial process management (ERP, accounting software, dashboards).

Prepare periodic reports and presentations for IT client reviews.

Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency in IT client deliverables.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong coordination, project management, and client-handling skills.

Understanding of IT client workflows (project billing, revenue recognition, compliance).

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and financial ERP/CRM tools.

Good communication skills with ability to handle client escalations.

Knowledge of taxation, compliance, and financial documentation for IT companies.

Problem-solving mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Strong organizational and multitasking ability.

Qualifications:

Graduate in Commerce / Finance / Management (MBA/PGDM preferred).

Experience working with IT service companies / IT clients in a finance or consulting role is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
