Job Description:
The Process Associate will be responsible for coordinating business processes, interacting with stakeholders and customers, and managing data collection and reporting. The role involves training, documentation, and delivering insights through MIS reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact and follow up with business stakeholders and customers to collect relevant data
• Aggregate and analyze data using Excel-based MIS tools
• Generate and deliver key reports to support decision-making
• Coordinate processes across teams and ensure timely data flow
• Assist in documentation, training, and customer engagement

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, charts, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder and customer interaction
• Experience in MIS reporting, documentation, and global data management
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a result-oriented environment
• Strong coordination and customer engagement capabilities
