Job Summary / Overview The Senior Customer Support will apply his/her expertise and knowledge for managing the end-to-end process of procurement and payment within an organization. This role involves ensuring that goods and services are procured efficiently, suppliers are paid on time, and all processes adhere to company policies and financial regulations. Customer: Hands on experience with Peoplesoft end to end. Hands on experience with Oracle end to end AP Invoice Processing/Query Handling/Vendor Master/Payments Excel - Good Governance on all identified opportunity and progress update within team and with client organization. 100% adherence on SLA* Ensure to meet daily targets and deliverables. Mandate Requirements: Graduation Mandatory Should have minimum 1 Year of experience in Accounts Payable Should be interested to work in 24/7 (Any 9 Hours) Rotational shifts 5 Days of Work and 2 Days rotational week offs.
