Process Associate (Paramedics for labs coordination)

Role Overview:

As a LABs team member you will support our US-based home health process. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing lab-related workflows for home healthcare patients by coordinating lab orders, scheduling appointments, and ensuring timely documentation. This position is ideal for candidates with a paramedical background, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work night shifts to align with US time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review History & Physical (H&P) documents to identify required lab orders.
• Maintain and update the internal Lab Tracker with real-time information.
• Create and manage accurate patient profiles in the system.
• Schedule lab appointments and coordinate with internal teams regarding lab-related updates.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and complete documentation of all lab-related activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in any paramedics subject.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in related field.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Good computer skills required.
• Prior experience in healthcare coordination or lab processes is an added advantage.
• Willingness to work regular night shifts (9:30PM to 6:30AM) and weekends if required.
• Candidates residing in or around Trivandrum are highly preferred.
