We are currently seeking applications for the role of Process Associate, Invoice to Cash. As a Process Associate, you will be responsible for processing Invoice to Cash transactions for a major P&C Insurance client. Your role will entail ensuring accurate processing within the specified timelines according to business requirements. Your responsibilities will include credit control, cash applications, carrier/agency inquiry response management, recording and researching incoming cash receipts, and month-close activities. You will also be tasked with following up on customer/internal disputes, customer inquiries, and collaborating across departments to achieve resolutions. Additionally, reconciling orders to match customer books, validating credits or debits, and coordinating collections or refunds with customers. Qualifications we are looking for in you include: - Graduate in Commerce (B. Com) - Freshers are eligible - Demonstrate customer focus, collaboration, accountability, initiative, and innovation - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote) - Proficient in English language, both written and oral - Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to multitask Preferred qualifications/skills: - Prior experience in Accounts Receivable/Invoice to Cash - Prior experience in Workday (Accounting) - Ability to work collaboratively as a key team member and independently with minimal supervision - Highly organized with a proven ability to prioritize competing requirements and deadlines under pressure Join us as a Process Associate and be a part of our dynamic team where you can contribute to meaningful work that drives impactful outcomes for our clients.
