Job Description

As a Process Associate/Process Developer in the Insurance/Invoice To Cash team at Genpact, you will operate in a dynamic and deadline-driven environment. Your role will involve communicating with Global Clients on calls to collect Premiums and Claims, showcasing good processing skills and a positive attitude, following up on customer/internal disputes, and reconciling orders to match customer books. Additionally, you will collaborate between departments to effectively resolve issues. **Key Responsibilities:** - Operate in a dynamic and deadline-driven environment - Communicate with Global Clients on calls for the collection of Premiums and Claims - Perform with good processing skills and a positive attitude - Follow up on customer/internal disputes and questions - Reconcile orders to match customer books **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum qualifications: - B.com/ BBA (Finance & Accounting graduate) - Relevant experience - Ability to handle volume spikes effectively - Willingness to work in UK shifts throughout the year - Deep dive understanding, research, and ability to perform day-to-day operations while maintaining SLA - Preferred qualifications & experience: - Relevant work experience in finance/accounting business/process - Good knowledge of using MS Office tools, preferably advanced Excel knowledge - Proficient in English language - both written and oral - Above-average comprehension skills - Prior experience in London Market will be an advantage - P&C Insurance experience - Preferred Certification from CII (Chartered Insurance Institute), London, UK - LM1, LM2 & LM3 You will be based in India-Bangalore and work full-time with a Bachelor's or equivalent degree.
