About the Role

We are hiring Process Associate – International Voice Process for a leading Healthcare LOB (Roche account). If you have excellent communication skills and experience in international voice support, this is a great opportunity to grow with a global organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle international customer calls and provide exceptional support.
• Assist customers with queries, issue resolution, and service-related concerns.
• Maintain professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times.
• Follow communication guidelines and process compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in International Voice Process (Healthcare background preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English — Versant Level C1 is required.
• Graduate or Undergraduate — both are eligible.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and rotational week offs.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
