As a Relationship Manager at Elite, your role involves developing new and expanding existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities and commercial assets. You are responsible for ensuring high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy. Your key responsibilities include: - Cross selling existing bank products to customers - Informing customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship - Planning and conducting special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients - Coordinating with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products - Maintaining complete relationship records for assigned customer accounts - Tracking customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction To excel in this role, you are required to have the following qualifications and skills: - Developing and maintaining banking relationships with a select group of high net worth customers through individualized customer service - Very good understanding of Trade and Forex & CA - Very good understanding of Commercial Assets like CC, OD, TL, Export Finance etc - Understanding of MF and Insurance is an added advantage - Customer orientation, high energy, and drive - Go-getter attitude - Self-motivated with a passion to achieve Elite is a company that values customer service excellence and offers a wide range of banking products to its customers.,
