Full Time
· Safely operate the Chairman’s vehicle in Thrissur and during international stays (including Muscat), as per assigned schedules.
· Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and fueled at all times.
· Navigate routes efficiently; manage airport pickups, hospital visits, meetings, and personal errands.
· Assist with loading/unloading luggage and physically support the Chairman if needed.
· Maintain a trip logbook including fuel usage, vehicle maintenance, and service records.
Personal Secretary / PA Responsibilities:
· Manage the Chairman’s appointments, travel plans, and daily calendar.
· Provide medication and appointment reminders in coordination with caregivers/family.
· Liaise with hospitals, doctors, business associates, and travel agents as needed.
· Handle light administrative work: email coordination, scheduling, and phone support.
· Organize documents and travel records; assist with visa and immigration procedures.
· Ensure absolute confidentiality and act with discretion at all times.
