Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Reconciliations & Valuations:

Position reconciliation, including quantity, cost, and fair value
Profit & Loss (P&L) reconciliation and analysis
Other NAV-related checks, including unsettled trades, OID (Original Issue Discount), and interest receivable
Biweekly cash and debt reconciliations
Preparation of PDF valuation materials

Expense & Interest Tracking:

Interest expense calculations for credit facilities, unsecured notes, and other debt instruments
Quarterly Board of Directors invoice preparation

Reporting & Presentations:

Preparation of quarterly board meeting materials, including integrating time series data into presentation decks
Support the creation of monthly marketing materials
Assistance with the submission of AUM (Assets Under Management) requests to BDIR
Provide BAML performance files and Morningstar templates to relevant stakeholders

Regulatory & Financial Reporting:

Assist in the preparation of financial documents related to quarterly and annual filings (10-Qs, 10-Ks)
Contribute to internal reporting processes and performance analysis
