Private Equity Analyst

The Private Equity Analyst role involves bridging the gap between founder profiles and investor mandates, with a focus on later-stage and growth equity rounds. You will be responsible for building models, analyzing portfolios, and providing actionable insights that align with investor requirements. Your key responsibilities will include analyzing and benchmarking late-stage startup metrics to assess investor readiness, conducting research on PE firms, funds, and exits to enhance our CRM intelligence, creating and refining investor lists based on sector, check size, and strategy, as well as monitoring M&A activity and facilitating introductions to potential investors. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting, or corporate strategy. Proficiency in financial modeling and familiarity with private market transaction workflows are essential. Additionally, the ability to derive structured insights from limited data is crucial. Knowledge of buyout funds, roll-up strategies, or fund-of-funds would be a bonus.
