Job Description

Prisma Access

Minimum of 4 years of experience in network security, specifically focused on Palo Alto Networks Prisma Access and related technologies.

Responsible for resolving complex technical issues related to Prisma Access, often involving in-depth analysis of logs, network traffic, and security configurations.
Build and maintain custom security policies and application signatures tailored to specific client needs and environments.
Analyze logs and events to identify and mitigate web-based threats, providing threat analysis reports and recommendations.
Proactively monitor the health and performance of the Prisma Access solution, ensuring optimal functionality and identifying potential issues before they impact users.
URL categorization from the Palo Websites.
Creation/Modification of rules.
Log analysis(Traffic Logs, URL logs, Threat Logs, File Blocking Logs).
Dealing with the decryption issues(Allowing URLs to bypass SSL checks).
Assisting/help end users to download the file from the vendor website if it is getting blocked on Prisma.
Creating Auth bypass rules for the Server communication to external websites for licensing.
Creation/Decommission of objects(FQDN, IP Netmask).
Managing/Creating the profiles used in the rules for allowing the communication.
Allowing the false positive(Threat, Antivirus Signatures) after verifying the logs and discussing with SME and Palo Vendor on the Prisma.
Auditing the rules and profiles timely.
Strong communication and presentation skills
