Order Processing & Management Executive delhi 0 years INR 1.8 - 3.0 Lacs P.A. On-site Full Time

Key Responsibilities Order Processing & Fulfillment Receive and verify orders from online platforms (Shopify, marketplaces, WhatsApp, etc.). Ensure proper SKU, size, and product mapping for each order. Generate invoices, shipping labels, and packing slips. Coordinate with the warehouse team for order picking, packaging, and dispatch. Inventory & Stock Management Update inventory in real-time on Shopify and other sales channels. Monitor low-stock items and coordinate with production for replenishment. Ensure no overselling or mismatch between online and offline stock. Logistics Coordination Liaise with courier partners for timely pickups and deliveries. Track shipments and resolve delays, damages, or RTO (Return to Origin) issues. Negotiate and manage rates with delivery partners if needed. Customer Order Support Coordinate with the customer support team for order-related queries. Handle order modifications, cancellations, and special requests when required. Ensure timely communication to customers regarding order status. Reporting & Analysis Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on order processing and fulfillment. Analyze failed deliveries, returns, and cancellations to identify improvement areas. Provide insights on sales trends and operational bottlenecks. Senior Accountant delhi 2 - 5 years INR 1.82988 - 4.2 Lacs P.A. On-site Full Time

Key Responsibilities1. Accounting & Bookkeeping Maintain day-to-day financial transactions using Tally or similar accounting software. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable . Reconcile bank statements and cash flow regularly. Maintain accurate ledgers, journals, and financial records. 2. Taxation & Compliance Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other statutory filings on time. Handle GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C , and other reconciliations. Ensure compliance with all tax-related regulations and coordinate with external auditors when needed. 3. Inventory & Cost Management Work closely with the production and inventory teams to manage fabric stock, SKU codes, and finished products . Track raw material purchases and finished goods consumption . Support in maintaining accurate stock valuation and costing reports. 4. Payroll & Employee Payments Process monthly salaries, advances, reimbursements, and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.). Maintain employee records for payment tracking and ensure timely disbursals. 5. Reporting & Analysis Prepare monthly MIS reports for management review. Analyze profitability, expenses, and operational costs to support decision-making. Assist in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies . Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com, M.Com, or CA Inter preferred). Experience: 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in retail, manufacturing, or e-commerce. Skills: Proficiency in Tally Prime / Zoho Books / QuickBooks. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting standards . Good command of MS Excel for data handling and reporting. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
