Printing Supervisor

The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a printing supervisor. Your main responsibilities will include handling manpower, obtaining job approval for printing, achieving production targets, and ensuring the quality parameters of job printing are met. It will also be your duty to report any machine or product-related problems to the Production Head and prepare Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plans for any issues that arise. You will be required to verify and sign the printing production register, as well as oversee the issuance of raw materials from the store within the defined timeline. A good understanding of the color sequence of every job, as well as knowledge of shade matching and delta value to use spectro photometer, will be essential for this role. This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund, and the schedule may involve working day shifts as well as rotational shifts.
