Printing Press Coordinator (Female)

We are looking for a Female Factory Coordinator to join our printing press team. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Excel reporting, have the ability to coordinate printing processes, and handle purchase-related activities. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage day-to-day factory operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly Excel reports for factory operations.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth printing process execution.
• Monitor job schedules, progress, and ensure timely completion of printing orders.
• Handle purchase activities, including raising purchase orders, vendor follow-ups, and maintaining purchase records.
• Assist in managing raw material requirements and inventory tracking.
• Maintain proper documentation and records related to production and purchase.
• Act as a bridge between management and factory staff to ensure clear communication and workflow efficiency.

Key Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel (Advanced Excel preferred).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to new processes quickly.
• Knowledge of printing press operations (preferred, but not mandatory – training will be provided).
• Good communication skills to liaise with vendors, supervisors, and management.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
