Printing Machine Operator

As a Digital Printing Operator at our company located in Delhi, Daryaganj, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining digital printing machines, with a focus on machines like Konika 6000, to ensure the production of high-quality outputs. Your duties will include preparing files for printing, monitoring print jobs for consistency and accuracy, and ensuring timely completion. In addition to digital printing operations, you will also handle lamination processes using various techniques and materials, with a keen eye on maintaining quality and durability standards. Your role will also involve equipment maintenance tasks such as cleaning, calibration, and minor repairs on printing, lamination, and cutting equipment. You will be expected to conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet our quality expectations and company standards, as well as identifying and rectifying any defects in the printing, lamination, or cutting processes. Collaboration and coordination with designers, production teams, and partners will be essential for understanding project requirements and managing production schedules efficiently to meet deadlines without compromising quality. To excel in this role, you should have hands-on experience with digital printing equipment, specifically Konika 6000 or similar brands, as well as knowledge of lamination techniques and materials. Proficiency in graphic design software like CorelDRAW and the ability to work with various file formats such as PDFs, SVGs, and vector graphics are crucial for this position. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills for troubleshooting equipment and production issues, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks will be beneficial. Ideally, you should have prior experience in a commercial printing environment and an understanding of color management and calibration processes.
