Printing Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Digital Printing Machine Operator with hands-on experience in operating Konica Minolta digital printing machines . The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining digital print equipment while ensuring high-quality and efficient print production. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor Konica Minolta digital printing machines (e.g., AccurioPress series). Set up print jobs according to specifications, including paper type, size, color settings, and finishing options. Perform daily maintenance, calibration, and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance. Inspect printed output for color consistency, image quality, alignment, and overall accuracy. Troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate major problems to service technicians if needed. Load paper, toner, and other consumables as required. Ensure all jobs are completed accurately and on time, meeting client and internal quality standards. Coordinate with designers and pre-press team for file verification and setup. Keep records of completed jobs, maintenance logs, and machine usage. Requirements: Proven experience operating Konica Minolta digital printing machines (minimum 1–2 years preferred). Basic knowledge of print file formats, color profiles, and pre-press processes. Ability to read and interpret job tickets and production instructions. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs simultaneously. Physically fit to handle paper loads and stand for extended periods. Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts if required. Preferred Qualifications: Diploma or certification in Printing Technology or related field. Familiarity with RIP software (e.g., Fiery Command WorkStation). Basic understanding of finishing equipment (cutting, binding, laminating) is a plus. Good communication and teamwork skills.
