Monitoring and Adjustment: Operators continuously monitor the printing process, making adjustments to ink flow, speed, and drying temperature to maintain quality and prevent errors. Troubleshooting: Identifying and correcting issues like paper jams or printing imperfections, and making quick adjustments to minimize waste. Quality Control: Inspecting printed materials for accuracy, color consistency, and overall print quality, making necessary adjustments. Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance tasks like cleaning the press, lubricating moving parts, and making minor repairs. Collaboration: Working with other operators, supervisors, and designers to ensure smooth production.
