Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented *Account Admin* to handle day-to-day accounting and administrative responsibilities, ensuring smooth financial operations and accurate record-keeping. Key Responsibilities: * Maintain and update *job cards*, sales/purchase entries, and financial records. * Manage *cash deposits, salary advances, deductions*, and vendor payments. * Prepare and send *sales & purchase bills* to the auditor. * Assist with *GST filing, bank transactions, and loan payments*. * Track *sundry creditors and debtors*; follow up for payments. * Support payroll processing and maintain staff attendance. * Ensure compliance with company accounting processes and deadlines. * Coordinate with management for reporting and audits. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting or relevant field. * Proven experience in accounting/admin role (advertising/printing industry preferred). * Knowledge of GST, Tally/ERP, and MS Excel. * Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management. * Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
