Printer Support Technician

As an International Technical Support Agent specializing in Printer & Software Troubleshooting, you will be responsible for providing remote technical assistance to international clients during the US Shift. Your role will primarily involve addressing printer and software-related issues, requiring a high level of troubleshooting skills and proficiency in English communication. Your key responsibilities will include managing inbound and outbound calls to provide technical support for printers and associated software. You will guide customers through the installation and setup processes, ensuring timely resolution of issues. In case of unresolved problems, you will follow escalation protocols to guarantee customer satisfaction and service quality. Additionally, meeting daily performance targets and adhering to shift schedules are essential aspects of this role. To excel in this position, you must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support within an international voice process, specifically dealing with printers and software. Proficiency in verbal and written English communication is crucial. A strong knowledge of printer troubleshooting, Windows OS, network printing, and basic software installation is required. Moreover, you should be comfortable working night shifts as this role demands working during the US Shift. Please note that no cab facility will be provided for transportation. This is a full-time position based in Noida, requiring you to work on-site during night/US shifts for 5 or 6 days a week, depending on the project requirements.,
