Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Printer Support Engineer located in Penukonda. The Printer Support Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as providing printer support, managing print production, and handling printing tasks. The engineer will also be involved in bindery and inkjet operations, ensuring printers and related equipment function efficiently.

Qualifications

• Printer Support, Print Production, and Printing skills
• laser printer skills & troubleshooting for kyocera models
• Strong problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in IT support or related field is a plus
• Relevant certifications are an advantage
