Job Responsibilities:

Conceptualize & Design Print Materials

• Create visually compelling designs for brochures, posters, packaging, banners, and marketing collateral.
• Ensure all print materials align with the brand’s identity and messaging.

Oversee Print Production Process

• Prepare print-ready files, ensuring correct formats, color profiles (CMYK), and resolutions.
• Review proofs and conduct quality checks before final printing.

Project Management & Deadlines

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines.
• Prioritize tasks based on business and campaign needs.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Guide junior designers and provide feedback on their work.
• Conduct design reviews and ensure high standards of execution.

Skills/Competencies

• Graphic Design Expertise – Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop for high-quality print designs.
• Print Production Knowledge – Understanding of printing processes, color management (CMYK vs. RGB), paper types, and pre-press file preparation.
• Branding & Visual Identity – Ability to maintain consistency across all print assets in line with brand guidelines.
• Attention to Detail – Ensuring accuracy in design, alignment, colors, and text before printing.
• Project Management – Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and coordinate with vendors and teams.
