Print Operations Assistant

About the Role

We are a printing agency specialising in paper and card-based printing. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable team member to handle operations, vendor coordination, and client deliveries. This role requires someone who can balance precision in execution with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, upload, and send files for print production.
• Coordinate with vendors, follow up on job progress, and ensure timely completion.
• Deliver finished orders to clients.
• Make basic edits to files in CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator.
• Draft billing-related documents for the accountant.
• Understand client requirements, take notes on feedback, and communicate clearly with the team.
• Check print quality before delivering to ensure error-free work.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, and MS Word.
• Knowledge of pre-press processes (preferred, not mandatory).
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with field/vendor visits.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred (freshers with the right skillset can also apply).
• Need to have a valid two-wheeler license.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
