To support our growing operations, we are looking for skilled Print Machine Operators to join our production team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain printing machines efficiently to ensure high-quality output.
• Set up machines with the required materials and specifications before each job.
• Monitor print runs for accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and escalate technical problems when required.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work closely with the Production and Design team to meet client requirements.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of printing materials.
• Maintain daily logs of production, usage, and machine maintenance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Print Machine Operator or in a similar role (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
• Technical knowledge of operating, calibrating, and maintaining printing equipment.
• Basic understanding of print quality checks and color management.
• Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Flexibility to work in shifts if required.
• Minimum educational qualification: SSLC / Diploma / ITI (Printing or related field preferred).

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
