Print Colorist

GM Fabrics is hiring for the role of "Print colorist" to be part of our Design team.

Work Location: Marol, Andheri(E)

Work days: 6 days a week(All Sunday offs and 2 Sat offs in a month)

Job Role:

• Will be responsible for ensuring accurate color matching on fabric, working closely with designers, technicians, and production teams to achieve precise color reproduction.
• Conduct color trials and adjustments to achieve desired color outcomes.
• Collaborate with the design team to understand color concepts and requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of color formulations and adjustments.
• Work collaboratively to resolve color-related challenges.
• Verify color accuracy between digital and physical samples
• Maintain color consistency throughout the design-to-production pipeline

Education and Experience:

• Minimum 6 months of experience as a Print Colorist or in a similar role in textile industry will be a plus
• Freshers are welcomed from SNDT(Design), Rachana Sansad(Fine Arts) & NIFT
• Strong understanding of color theory and color matching principles.
• Proficiency in using color matching software
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
