Description
As a Managed Services Associate at Huron, your role is crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of managed services to clients. By leveraging your expertise in Oracle EPM, specifically in Financial Consolidation (FCCS), you will contribute to the growth and profitability of the organization's managed services department. Your strong technical skills and customer-centric mindset will enable you to deliver exceptional service experiences and exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Provide end-to-end support/implementation experience with Oracle EPM FCCS and TRCS applications. - Utilize your skills in managing FCCS applications for various reporting needs such as statutory reporting, management reporting, Multi-GAAP, IFRS, allocations, intercompany eliminations, and currency translations. - Demonstrate expertise in functional aspects of EPM, particularly in Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting. - Write FCCS Rules, including reading, writing, amending rules, and understanding the system's impact. - Collaborate effectively with clients through discovery, scoping, and gathering requirements for FCCS. - Apply consulting skills such as adaptability, flexibility, leadership, and teamwork to deliver high-quality service. Qualifications Required: - 6-10 years of relevant experience in Oracle EPM, with a focus on Financial Consolidation (FCCS). - Experience with EPBCS, PCMCS, EPMAgent, EPRCS, and Groovy is a plus. - Client-facing experience, including scoping and requirements gathering for FCCS. - Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. - Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks.
