Principal/Staff RF Engineer

As a Senior RF Engineer at our company, your role will involve designing, simulating, testing, and optimizing RF circuits, specifically Power Amplifiers (PAs), Low Noise Amplifiers (LNAs), and Front-End Module (FEM) Integrated Circuits (ICs) for X/Ku/Ka/E-Bands. Key Responsibilities: - Design, simulate, and layout RF circuits including PAs, LNAs, and FEM ICs for various frequency bands. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define specifications, develop designs, and resolve technical issues. - Optimize RF circuit performance for power efficiency, noise figure, linearity, and bandwidth. - Conduct electromagnetic simulations and analysis to ensure design integrity and performance. - Develop and implement test plans and procedures for RF circuits and modules. - Troubleshoot and debug RF circuit issues and provide effective solutions. - Perform RF measurements and characterization using network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and other RF test equipment. - Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the development of RF design methodologies. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. - 8-10 years of experience in RF circuit design, with a focus on PAs, LNAs, and FEM IC development. - Strong understanding of RF circuit theory, transmission lines, and impedance matching. - Proficiency in using RF simulation tools such as ADS, Microwave Office, or similar. - Experience with RF measurement techniques and test equipment. - Knowledge of semiconductor devices (GaN/GaAs/SiGe) and processes used in RF IC fabrication.
