Job Description: AGNIT Semiconductors Pvt Ltd is the leading provider of Gallium Nitride (GaN) components for RF and Power Electronics in India. We are currently seeking a Senior Device Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru on a full-time basis. The Senior Device Engineer will play a pivotal role in steering the development efforts for various categories of GaN devices that are at different stages of research and development as well as production at AGNIT. This role involves close collaboration with the device processing and fabrication team, RF characterization and testing team, packaging and assembly team, and RF design teams. The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience in semiconductor device aspects including fabrication, testing, packaging, assembly, and design. While a background in GaN devices is preferred, it is not mandatory for this position.
