This role involves close collaboration with the device processing and fabrication team, RF characterization and testing team, packaging and assembly team, and RF design teams. The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience in semiconductor device aspects including fabrication, testing, packaging, assembly, and design. While a background in GaN devices is preferred, it is not mandatory for this position.
