Principal Web Engineer (Angular)

As an experienced application developer and platform modernization expert with over 12 years of experience, you will be responsible for developing web applications using a variety of technologies such as Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Redux, HTML, CSS, SASS, REST, Node.js, Java, Git, CI/CD practices, and Testing. Your consulting experience of over 10 years with enterprise clients will be crucial in guiding them through their digital transformation journeys. Additionally, having 8+ years of experience leading teams will enable you to effectively manage and mentor your team members. Key Responsibilities: - Develop web applications using Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Redux, HTML, CSS, SASS, REST, Node.js, Java, Git, and follow CI/CD practices - Lead teams and provide guidance in platform modernization projects - Build reusable component libraries for large enterprises - Migrate or transform legacy applications to modern web applications - Understand browser performance, GraphQL, and server-side rendering - Utilize Containerization and orchestration tools such as docker and kubernetes - Define business needs and guide customers towards solution strategies aligned with their business outcomes - Lead discovery exercises and solution architecture discussions with customers - Create detailed solution descriptions and architecture diagrams for presentations and implementation plans - Provide thought leadership in architectural design, master data management, and emerging technologies - Offer strategic thinking, solutions, and roadmaps while driving architectural recommendations - Stay updated on new concepts, ideas, techniques, best practices, and technology advancements Qualifications Required: - Strong hands-on experience in Angular 16+ versions - Expertise in consulting and client-facing roles - Degree in Computer Science or Engineering In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, your experience in managing a consulting practice and familiarity with financial services domain and technology will be advantageous for this role. The shift timing for this position is a general 8-5 shift, and the mode of work is hybrid with 3 days in the office.,
